TMZ Sports is reporting troubling allegations made against UFC legend Matt Hughes.
According to the celebrity-gossip publication, a judge has ordered Hughes to stay 500-feet away from his wife and children following claims of physical violence and a threat to shoot her.
Hughes’ wife, Audra, describes a disturbing pattern of violence and abusive behavior that began in 2017, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
In addition to the retraining order filed by Matt’s wife, his twin brother Mark was also granted a restraining order against him. He alleged Matt roughed up his 15-year-old son in September 2018 and tried to destroy his tractor.
Hughes nearly died in June 2017 after his truck was struck by a train. He suffered a serious brain injury in the accident. He was a guest of honor at UFC Fight Night in St. Louis on January 14, 2018.
