Teams Inquiring About Availability Of Josh Rosen

Multiple teams have inquired about Arizona Cardinals quarterback Josh Rosen’s availability at the NFL scoring combine, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The Cardinals have given no indication they are willing to move Rosen but it doesn’t mean they won’t wind up eventually shopping him.

Cardinals general manager Steve Keim stirred the spot last week at the combine when he was asked if Rosen was the team’s starting quarterback.

“Yeah, he is, right now, for sure,” Keim said via ESPN.

The Cardinals hold the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft and have been connected to Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray. New Cardinals head coach Cliff Kingsbury said in 2018 when he was at Texas Tech he would select Murray No. 1 overall if he had the pick.

Arizona traded up to select Rosen with the No. 10 overall pick in last year’s draft. He played in 14 games (starting 13) last season and completed 55.2 percent of his passes for 2,278 yards to go with 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions.
