Roman Reigns returned to WWE on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw with a big announcement – his cancer is in remission.
Reigns has been away from WWE since late October 2018 when he announced to a live television audience that he was dealing with his second battle of leukemia and had to relinquish the WWE Universal Championship as a result.
Reigns opened the show and received a standing ovation from the crowd in Atlanta, GA. He stated he would be back in the ring soon, perhaps in time for WrestleMania 35. Reigns said he was overwhelmed by the support since he made the announcement in October and that he can do anything with that kind of love and support.
WWE has already booked Reigns for ABC’s Good Morning America in the morning for another big announcement.
