Jaguars Expected To Part Ways With Blake Bortles


The Jacksonville Jaguars are expected to part ways with quarterback Blake Bortles, according to Dan Graziano of ESPN.

Bortles, selected third overall in the 2014 Draft by the Jags, is guaranteed $6.5 million of his $14 million base salary in 2019.

As previously reported, the Jaguars are expected to sign free agent quarterback Nick Foles when free agency opens next week.

Folks, 30, has thrown 68 touchdowns and 33 interceptions in 54 career games. He had a historic run en route to the Eagles winning the Super Bowl in 2018, which resulted in him being named Super Bowl MVP.
